Clarification - Candle Lighting

Dear Rabbis, Thank you for your reply. Could you please clarify your answer for me: If one lights electric lights on erev Shabat with the intention of leaving them on for all of shabbat and yom tov, we still only say the bracha "ner shel shabbat" and not "shel shabbat v'yom tov?" I have understood your answer as saying that we say no bracha at all, or having referred to candles.... Regards, Yishai
