cleaning

Question

Hello. I am planning on doing very little cooking over chol hamoed (only preparing and maybe a pot or too). My question... Do I need to clean out my cupboards of chametz and oven and fridge, or can I just close them up and sell them? How do I kasher gas burners? What about the fridge? Can I put chametz to the side and cover it, and use remaining clean space for Pesach? Thank you! Jory
