cocunut for pesach

Question

Rabbi, I would like to buy cocunut flakes for Pesach, and have been unable to find cocunut flakes labeled, "kosher for passover". I have found this product, though, and I would like to know whether or not I may use an unopened bag for Pesach. The product is Price Chopper fancy cocunut sweetened flakes, and the list of ingredients is as follows: cocunut desiccated and processed with sugar, water, propylene glycol, salt, and sodium metabisulfate.
