coffee and vodka

hi, is starbucks "doubleshot espresso drink"kosher for passover. ingredients- nonfatmilk,brewed espresso coffee,cream,sugar,caramel,color,ascorbic acid. it comes ready made in a can. what about buying a regular starbucks coffee and just adding milk and sugar is that okay on hol hamoed. any word on "Chopin vodka" its made from potatoes and its distilled 4 times, thats all I got from the web site, let me know if you need more hag sameach!!
