coffee mate vanilla

Question

You mentioned in another post that coffee mate was kosher for passover. What about the french vanilla flavor? Ingredients:water, sugar, partially hydrogenated soybean and or cottonseed oil, sodium caseinate ( a milk derivative) natural and artificial flavors, dipotassium phosphate, sodium steroyl lactylate,polysorbate 80, carrageenan, beta carotene color.
