CoffeeMate & International Delight

Question

Dear Rabbi Abadi, Can you please tell me if Coffee-mate "Cinnamon Vanilla Cream" and International Delight "Hershey's Chocolate Caramel" coffee creamers are OK for Pesach for Sephardim? Also, would you consider them milk or parve? (I listed the ingredients below) Thank you!! Ingredients: Coffee-Mate Cinnamon Vanilla Creme Water, Sugar, Partially Hydroginated Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil, and less than 2% of sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), Natural and artificial flavors, dipotassium phosphate, color added, sodium stearoyl lactylate, mono and diglycerides, polysorbate 60, carrageenan, beta-carotene color. Ingredients: International Delight Hershey's Chocolate Caramel Water, Sugar, Palm Oil, Corn Syrup, contains 2% or less of each of the following: Sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), Dipostassium phosphate, cocoa (processed with alkali), Natural and Artifical Flavors, Cellulose Gel, Cellulose Gum, Mono and Diglycerides, carrageenan, sodium stearoyl lactylate, salt.
