Kvod Harav, Attached is a link that explains how they make the Cognac. Basicly they boil wine and capture the vapor. http://www.remy.com/remy_site/classic/history/index.htm Is it Mevushal? Is it kosher? Shimon

You need to confirm that no human hand can touch the wine after the time that the grapes are separated from the liquid, before it is cooked. It doesn't seem like it, but we need to double check. AA
