complex carbs

Question

I just looked on the FDA's website. It says that complex carbs (one of the ingredients in the sports drink question) are often made from wheat and barley. Isn't this Hametz even for Sepharadim? thanks, sam

Inedible on it's own. They add all types of sweeteners &/or flavors to help you swallow this garbage. AA
