confused about toveiling

kvod harav 1. do i have to tovel pyrex 2.glass? 2metal forks knifes and spoons 4 can i just go to a brook or pond here in florida and tovel them. is there any kind of standing or flowing outdoors water not permtted. 5 . how do i actually tovel thank you do i hold it by the edge and dip it allin including my hind, or in a cloth or net bag etc
