Conservative conversion

Question

First off thank you sooo much for this forum, it is invaluable. My best friend whom I grew up with is now engaged to a girl who converted to judaism through a conservative female rabbi. Apparantly, she went to the mikva and there was a bes din etc. but the rebbi overseeing the conversion was a female conservative. I always expected to walk down the aisle and be his best man so to speak at his wedding. I am now orthodox and the truth is I am not sure if she is really considered Jewish acording to Halacha. I therefore have two Questions. 1) Is she considered jewish? 2) if not am I allowed to attend? Thank You so Much!
