conservative shul

Question

I asked Rabbi Yitzchok Abadi the following questiion previously and i am hoping you can help me understand the answer. Can i take a job offer in a building that is owned by a conservative shul but rented by a separate organization that is totally separate? The answer was obviously no but i was offered a job there again. is there any reason to call Rabbi 'Abadi again?
