corn

Question

i am now confused. if it is an impossibility that corn could have been part of the gezera of kitniyot, due to its much later introduction, should that not make the minhag of not eating corn a false minhag? therefore one that does and should not stand?

If that is your position, I'm right there behind you. I am not ready to tell those that want to keep corn as Kitniyot that they must stop or else. AA
