Question

Bichvod haraav "The Gemara does say that it is only for a married Talmid Chacham. Today, the Minhag (Custom) has changed and everyone does it, so it is OK, and even good for anyone. AA" With regard to the gemara is that the gemara in kidushin ? because there it doen not mention taalis nor davening? thanks, lj

All people with a Talit can & should cover their heads during Amida/Shemona Esrey & when reading from the Torah. No need by Shema.... AA
