Covering hair

Question

Are you saying, in the name of your father, that a married woman can go with uncovered hair in her home or the home of her parents, while other people, i.e. neighbors, relatives, in-laws, are in the house?

In the house it is Halachically OK, but then if the Minhag (Custom) in your area is different, or if your way has been to always cover it, then it is not OK. AA
