I think the OU relies on R. Tuvia Goldstein re. cream cheese (or at least they cite him -- but they don't use him for anything else)

Someone thinks he might have heard from Rav Tuvia Goldstien, who they say once mentioned that he might have heard from Rav Henkin that soft cheeses don't need supervision. What a hoax?! In the interim, Rav Tuvia publicly stated that the Silk screen process is 100% good LaMehadrin, yet that we'll disregard..... AA
