Cups and sufaces

Question

A plastic drinking cup (room temperature and dry) is placed upon a glass plate (room temperature and dry) that has not been kashered (since it’s only used under candles). Since the plate is not Kosher, does this make the cup traife, or in any way unsuitable to be placed upon a Kosher table?
