Is a food product dairy even if it contains a minuscule amount of milk? For instance; Little Debbie Honey cakes Enriched bleached wheat flour, water, partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening, sugar, yeast, dextrose. Contains 2% or less of each of the following: Mono and digycerides, calcium carbonate, salt, soy flour, agar, colors, cinnamon, ethoxylated mono and digycerides, datem, soy lecithin, dried honey, soybean oil, nonfat dry milk, eggs, artificial flavor, calcium sulfate, calcium iodate, calcium propionate, sodiuim propionate and potassium sorbate Thanks

A food is considered dairy unless it has less than 1/60 dairy. In your case we don't know the exact amount of dairy because it is 2% which is 1/50. CYA
