Dairy bread and Pesach

Question

Did your father have the answer in terms of the dairy breads question I had a while back? Since I learned a while ago that there is a gezera which says that we're not supposed to eat breads with dairy ingredients unless the bread is shaped in a distinct way and/or the bread is enough for only one day (someone even said enough for just one meal). So I'm wondering what the actual halachah is on this as it applies to breads from a bakery or the grocery store when all the ingredients are kosher but there is actual dairy such as butter and milk in them? Now I have a couple questions concerning products for Pesach: A. Would all of the Jellos be kosher l'pesach? If not, which ones would be a problem in terms of chometz or kitniyos (in an amount that's more than batel berov)? B. Sam's Choice (A Sam's Club brand) makes semi-sweet chocholate chips with the following ingredients: Chocolate Liquor, Sugar, Soya Lecithin, and Vanillin (an artificial flavoring). Is this OK for Pesach? If not, what would pose a problem in terms of chometz? At this point, what day are you guessing the 2003 Pesach List will be up? I listened to that shiur your father gave on the torah to go website and I thought it was excellent and it was one of the best shiurim I've ever heard. One of my favorite parts was that we finally know the whole truth behind the ingredients less than 2% scenario. Yes, it's true that there is a less than 2% issue BUT all ingredients still must be listed. Once the ingredients are less than 2%, a company no longer has to list those ingredients IN ORDER from greatest to least like they do for ingredients that make up between 2% or more. The only complaint I had about the shiur is that the recording quality at times was really soft and there were a few times I had trouble hearing what your father was saying without having to turn the volume up really high on my computer's speakers. I would suggest that if any of your father's future shiurim are recorded for use on the net in the future that the people recording put the tape recorder closer (or better yet connect a separate microphone to the recorder and place the mic near him) to your father. I hope you and the mishpocho had a wonderful Shabbos. Shavua tov and thanks as always to you and your father for all your help.
