dairy derivatives

Question

Rabbi, I belatedly discovered that the parev meat substitute, "quorn," that I cooked in meat pots, is "not suitable for people who are lactose intolerant" because its made on dairy equipment. The pots i cooked it in were not used for meat in 24 hours. Can the food still be eaten? Can it be eaten alongside meat? can it be reheated in a meat pot? thanks Y
