"Dairy" English Muffins

Question

I just received the latest OU Daf Hakashrus June 2006. They said that the reason they can give a hechsher on milichic English Muffins is because they are NOT milichic since the milk is botel beshishim and are really PAREVE. They still will label them as OUd but any they give a hechsher will be PAREVE.
