Debts

Question

My father passed away recently leaving a lot of debts and NO money or insurance. He did own a home which is mortgaged up to the eyeballs. I'm getting phone calls from people trying to collect from me. Do they have any claim against me personally? I have not benefitted from any inheritance monetarily.
