Question

kavod harav! Is there any problem with using baby wipes on shabbos to clean a dirty diaper area, (assuming the wipes are individual and not perforated like toilet paper)? How is one allowed to fold up the dirty diaper? Could i roll up the diaper and fold over the tabs, making a "package"? Is one permitted to open a clean diaper on shabbos that has sticky tabs? Thank you!
