Dear AA, I understand that dina dmalchusa dina applies to monetary laws. But do I have to follow laws that they set up that are not monetary, like obeying the speed limit or zoning laws, provided you don't get caught and there's no chilul hashem? Thanks

You need to stay within the law that is enforced. For example, if you will be left alone going 60 MPH in a 55 speed limit, that would be OK. J-walking in a place that it is safe, is OK. Etc.... AA
