Dishwasher on Shabbat

Question

The dishwasher is an Estate - Whirlpool International. Its a few years old and the control mechanism is a dial that you can turn to various dishwashing settings or to 4 hour delay, 3 hour delay, 2 hour, or 1 hour. Nothing digital. Just a manual dial. I hope that that is informative. Thank you.
