dishwashers on passover

Question

Can one dishwasher, with a stainless steel drum and plastic-coated racks, be used for meat and dairy dishes? Separately? Simultanneously? For Passover and year round? If yes, is any particular kashering process required between meat and dairy runs or before Pesach? Thank you for your important work -- telling nothing but the truth about Kashrut.
