Dont Agonize?
Question
Can you imagine...lakewood cheder is huge. There are probably an average of 5 parallel classes per grade..Some have up to thirteen, at last count. Do you have any clue where they get their "teachers" and "rabeim" from? I would safely say that less than 1 percent of them have ANY form of training whatsoever. If you learned in Yeshivah, you look "yeshivash", you qualify. Trust me on this. I taught secular studies there approx. 20 years ago, when the school did not even have 25 kids per class yet, and even then they couldn't find teachers. BTW, I taught 8th grade and out of the sixteen kids there, I dont think more than 3 could even write script. Wake up and smell the mikvah!! LYA
