rabbi with all do respect your not answering my question your beating around the bush what type of answer was that last respond i can't understand how you can still say its fine to go get a coffee in a Duncan donuts

Answered by Chaim Yisrael AbadiThe answer you are looking for is something I can't give you. It is muttar. There is no reason to say assur, except for a feeling that something is not right. That is not a reason to say assur. Are you going to tell me, maybe a worker dropped in chametz into the machine that the coffee comes out of. Come on, its not brain surgery. I'm not telling I would feel great walking into a Dunkin Donuts and getting a coffee. If I need to get a drink, I need it. Those poor guys out there who have to go to work and are on the road, it isn't easy to drink cold drinks with caffeine. CYA
