on 3/24 from an email by sam zagha, who asked if he can order a latte on pesach since the coffee and steamed milk are both kosher for pesach. you OKed it. 2. the reply to the email concerning cream cheese was very surprising to me, because i never heard of akum regarding cheese. has the sephardic community always held by that, and could you please explain how akum applies in our time, especially when it comes to cheese. thanks
