Dunkin Donuts

Dear Rabbi, I was wondering if it a ok to eat doughnuts at dunkin donuts. there are some franchises which have a hechsher and I was wondering what the difference is between a kosher dunkin donuts and a nonkosher one? doesnt everything still come from the same factory? please let me know. thank you.
