you mentioned that starbucks coffee is permitted on pesach. does this hold for dunkin donuts coffee as well, including flavored coffees (french vanilla etc). if that is considered ok, how do we deal with the problem of mareet ayeen?

Answered by Aaron AbadiYes. All 100% coffee is fine. But be careful not to get any of those bottled flavorings, unless you look at the ingredients and confirm that it is OK for Pesach. In Starbucks many of the coffees and Latte's etc include other things, so you must be very careful. Incidentally, I do not remember saying Starbuck's is OK for Pesach, but reg coffee and milk is fine. Maarit Haayin only applies to specific situations as listed in Shulchan Aruch. This is not one of them. AA
