E-commerce on Shabbat

Question

I run an Internet Company and have Jewish clients that own e-commerce sites. Occassionally the question of running these sites and selling on Shabbat & Yom Tov is raised. What is a Jewish website owner to do regarding Shabbat/YomTov and Internet sales? Thanks

If the sale is done by them ordering on Shabbat, but you process the order &/or ship after Shabbat, it's fine. The same as getting faxed orders on Shabbat. AA
