eating at a relative

Question

Isnt eating at a relative whom you dont normally eat at concidered Drech Arai?? If thats the case why need to worry about toveling? Its thier issue, your only using the kelim on a temporary basis, dont we see in Shulchan Oruch that this is mutar??? Please Clarify
