1) Is it muttar to drink in the "shuk"? 2) What about a small nosh, like gum or taffy? 3) What is considered a "shuk"? 4) A Talmid Chacham has to be more machmir (in more cases than the Am Haretz), correct? Who is considered a Talmid Chacham?
