Eating Pizza Out

Question

Hello, I live in an area where there are no kosher restaurants within any reasonable distance. I was wondering, is it permissable to eat plain pizza at a local non-kosher pizza place if you watch the pizza made and it is simply dough, non-meat sauce, and mozarella cheese? Being a non-kosher the restaurant also serves all types of pizza such as pepperoni, sausage etc using the same pans and utensils.
