Question

ok so i understand we dont have to look for blood spots anymore on eggs, what if i SEE one what do i do? is taking out just the yoke with the blood spot good enough? also, what if im baking a batter and only after putting the eggs in did i realize there was a blood spot, there were less than 3 eggs. does this ruin the batter, what do i do?

either way just take out the blood spot. The batter is ok. Thanks for the clarification CYA
