eiruv chatzeirot

Question

dear rabbis, there is a lady in the building i live in that has altzheimers. Unfortunately she has lost it completely. she is jewish but not religious. She has in the past made fun of yiddishkeit and our building eiruv(eino modeh b'eiruv). Does she cause our eiruv a problem(please explain)? If yes, what possible solution is there(moving to lakewood is not an option! lol)? thanx for your time, martin
