Electric ovens

Question

Must an electric oven have a Blech? If yes what may be used? Can the one set the timer before shabbos to go on during Shabbos Day?

I'm assuming you mean a electric stove. Yes you need a blech There is no way to do a blech in an oven that I know of CYA
