Electronic Cigarettes and Passover

Question

Are electronic cigarettes kosher for passover. There are many flavored liquids that have a nice aroma and "taste", so not sure what category it falls into. Some of the liquids contain alcohol as well, but everything is mixed with nicotine, and can be toxic if being drunk in large amounts.
