eruv - R' Moshe
Question
Ben Tzion Wosner? ( definitely would explain how the flatbush eruv could be kosher)
Answer
Answered by Aaron AbadiClose, but no.... The almighty dollar is why he would say something is Kosher. But on the other hand, the obsession to say it is not good seems to come from a "respect" for Rav Moshe Feinstein. This is absurd. The current qualified Rabbis have a right to and a requirement to present their own opinions. Of course the keyword is qualified. But let them say he is not qualified, rather than bring up Rav Moshe. AA Sure, but if nothing has changed since R' Moshe's psak, then citing him is perfectly legitimate.
