Falafel place in Village

Question

Chickpea Restaurant in Manhattan says it is kosher. However, the certificate hanging on the wall (Kehila Kashrut) is for the store where the meat is purchased. Store is Open on shabat. Can I eat there? is there a difference between eating the meat and the non-meat products? Thank YOU
