Question

In response to you an answer of yours regarding fasting in ellul. Is it forbidden for us to fast half of a day and why? Thanks Steven

We are NOT on the level that they were years ago, in such solid control of their spiritual & physical. If we fast, we would be hurting our daily learning & working requirements. It would just have negative results. AA
