Fasting on Tisha B'av

Kavod HaRav: What is the halacha of a pregnant woman fasting on Tisha B'av? Most Rabanim say 'If the baby is in danger" - what constitutes a baby being in danger - if the mother is feeling week or sick? Thank you.
