filter coffee

Question

1. what is the problem of making filter coffee on shabat? ie-hand pouring water from a cli sheni over roasted coffee in a filter over your cup? 2. a timer on a filter coffee machine would heat up the water on shabat, why is this ok?

1. There is no problem. I changed the post that you are asking about. I guess I had a knee jerk reaction to the question before. Filter is borrer- but not always) 2. It is the same as a timer for lights, a/c, etc. CYA
