fish and milk

Question

Hi may a sephardi eat fish together with milk? 2. what about fish and meat? 3. must one be carefull with chalav yisrael?

1) Yes 2) No 3) Yes & in civilized countries today all the milk is "Chalav Yisrael." The concept of Chalav Yisrael is to determine that the milk is from a cow. All our milk is from cows. I was in Haiti recently and I did not drink the milk there, because it was not Chalav Yisrael. Rav Aaron Kotler & Rav Moshe Feinstein fought hard AGAINST the "Chalav Yisrael" farce today, but unfortunately they were ignored. Anyone who properly studies this concept in the Talmud & in Shulchan Aruch can see how dishonest it is..... AA
