Fish oil capsules

Question

Dear Rabbi, Can one who is not a Choleh take gelatin capsules containing fish oil(in particular if one knows that it's derived from a non-kosher fish)? Please explain the reason for your answer.

why are you taking these capsules? If not for a food then it is Muttar. CYA
