flossing

Question

I was looking through some of your previous posts and i noticed that you permitted flossing on shabat. Is this true even if you bleed when you floss? I once asked a rabbi if i may brush my teeth on shabat and he asked me all kinds of questions, one of them being if i bleed when i brush.

If you bleed on every stroke, it would be an issue, but if you only bleed some of the strokes, then it is OK. AA
