Folding

Question

In Shulchan Aruch Hilchos Shabbos, simon shin beis, the Mishna Brura s'eif katan yud gimmel says, it is forbidden to fold a talis on Shabbos. I would appreciate your comments. Thank you.

In the sefer Ohr Yitzhak, Siman 130, it says it is mutar to fold a Talis on Shabbos. Please look over the Teshuva. CYA
