French bakeries with hot water spray systeme

Question

in France non jewish bakeries use oven with a hot water spray system to get a "better" bread rising during the cooking. It seems to pose a problem as there are other specialities with non kosher ingredients baked the same day in the same oven. What's the halacha ? Can we eat a bread (with 100% kosher ingredients as french traditional stick) baked in this kind of oven ?
