Question

Thank you again for helping us all relearn how to keep kosher ! I vaguely remember my mother teaching me the things you are now saying, and I just have to forget everything else I've heard in the last 30 years. Whole Foods manufactures organic french fries made from the following: Potatoes, Palm Oil, Apple Juice, Salt, and Citric Acid. It is under a heksher, but I do not recall whose (perhaps Rabbi Sharfstein). Is this OK for Pesah? Thank you!
