Fresh Ground Nut Butters

Question

I was wondering if Nut Butters ground fresh at the store would be considered kosher or would commercially canned nut butters with a certification be necessary. Thank you for your help in this matter. The Lannom Family

For Passover, it depends what they use the grinders for. If it is just used to grind nuts, it's fine. Otherwise, it would be a problem. For all year round use, it's not a problem. AA
